The Tohatsu MFS9.8BL outboard comes equipped with a 20 inch long shaft and a manual recoil rope pull start. Standard features include forward, neutral and reverse shift lever on the front of the engine, tiller steering and comes with an external 3.1 gallon fuel tank and a 5 year factory warranty.
